How much rent do you keep with each tool?

From 100 empty standard accounts opened before Solana's rent reduction, holding 0.203928 SOL, you'd keep 0.201928 SOL on Solz and about 0.1999 SOL on Sol Incinerator. From 100 opened since, holding 0.148844 SOL, you'd keep 0.146844 SOL on Solz and about 0.1448 SOL there, before network fees.

The rent figures use 0.00203928 SOL per account before the reduction, and 0.00148844 SOL now. We read the current amount from Solana mainnet on November 3, 2026. Excess rent is the SOL an older account holds above today's minimum.

The difference is small on a few accounts, and adds up on many. On either tool, you should see the SOL back in your wallet after you sign. If a transaction fails, the accounts stay open and their rent stays in them, so you can try again.

Where does Sol Incinerator win?

Sol Incinerator suits you if you're cleaning up one wallet full of old assets. It burns NFTs, compressed NFTs and domains, which Solz doesn't. It can also reclaim from a wallet with no SOL, and it has run since December 2021, with public stats showing over 4.1 million users as of November 2, 2026.

  • More asset types: it burns standard and programmable NFTs, compressed NFTs, .sol domains and liquidity positions. It says a standard NFT burn has returned about 0.0103 SOL on average before fees, because several accounts close together, and less since Solana's rent reduction.
  • No SOL needed to start: Gasless Pay can cover the network fee and take its charge from the SOL you recover. On Solz, your wallet needs a little SOL first.
  • A safer default: Fun Mode only closes empty accounts and claims supported rewards, so it can't burn something by mistake. Burning needs Pro Mode.
  • More cleanup: it claims Pump.fun cashback, revokes token delegates for no fee, and destroys tokens sent to the incinerator address.
  • Track record: its stats page showed 612,028 SOL reclaimed on November 2, 2026.

Why choose Solz over Sol Incinerator?

Choose Solz to keep more of your rent, or to reclaim from many wallets. It charges less for each account, and no fee to withdraw excess rent. You can reclaim rent across up to 100 X Wallets for 0.00002 SOL per wallet, and send it all to one address.

  • Keep more of your rent: 0.00002 SOL per account, on both standard and Token-2022 accounts.
  • No fee on excess rent: withdraw the extra SOL from open accounts, against 2% on Sol Incinerator.
  • Reclaim across many wallets: tick your X Wallets, enter one Receiving Address and claim from all of them. The fee is per wallet, however many accounts each one closes.
  • LP burns with a clear fee: burn any amount of your liquidity pool (LP) tokens for 0.025 SOL, or a whole balance for 0.00002 SOL per account. A full burn is reported to earn DexScreener's padlock.

FAQ

Is Solz's SOL Incinerator the same as Sol Incinerator?

No. Solz's SOL Incinerator is a tool inside Solz, at solz.app. Sol Incinerator is a separate product at sol-incinerator.com, published by Sol Slugs. Both close token accounts and return rent, but they have different fees and features.

Is Solz cheaper than Sol Incinerator?

For closing empty accounts, burning tokens and withdrawing excess rent, yes. Solz charges 0.00002 SOL per account and no fee on excess rent. Sol Incinerator charges about 0.00004 SOL per standard account, about 0.00007 SOL per Token-2022 account and 2% of excess rent.

Can Solz burn NFTs?

Solz has no NFT burn tool. Its SOL Incinerator works on token accounts, so it doesn't close an NFT's metadata and edition accounts, and it doesn't cover compressed NFTs or .sol domains. Use Sol Incinerator for those.

Do I need SOL in my wallet to reclaim rent?

On Solz, yes. You need a little SOL for the 0.00002 SOL fee and network fees, and Solz tells you if you don't have enough. On Sol Incinerator, Gasless Pay can cover the network fee on a qualifying cleanup and take its charge from what you recover.
